DELIVERY POLICY

Processing and Dispatch

All online orders are processed with the aim to dispatch as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, we will post it out promptly via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. Should any items need to be printed after ordering, we will contact you to update you on the status. In instances where an item is no longer in stock, or a significant delay is expected, we will issue a refund and cancel your order.

We dispatch all orders from our Newquay and/or St Ives store via Royal Mail.

UK Delivery

  • Next Delivery: £9.99, sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with a signature required upon delivery. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.
  • First Class Delivery: £5.50, sent via Royal Mail First Class with a signature required upon delivery. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for delivery.
  • Standard Delivery: £4.50, sent via Royal Mail with a signature required upon delivery. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery however delivery time can occasionally exceed this.

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders over £30, excluding hardware items like surfboards, bodyboards, and other large technical equipment. These are sent via a courier at a cost of £75 per item, which includes tracking and insurance. Please inspect your delivery for any damage while the courier is present, as claims for damage cannot be accepted afterwards.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

No International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

Pick Up in Store

Items can be reserved by contacting our stores directly. You will be notified via email when your item is ready for collection. Please bring your order details, including the order number, when collecting your item.

Order-Related Queries

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are not received or go missing. Lost items will not be replaced. Our customer service is available from 9 am to 3 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and we aim to respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Dispatches from multiple locations like Newquay and St Ives may result in orders being split into multiple parcels.
